Appointments and Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>An appointment that has been made is binding.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A session can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.<\/li>\n<li>If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, 50% of the session fee will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>If an appointment is missed without notice, the full session fee will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations or rescheduling can be done by phone (WhatsApp message is also allowed) or by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Confidentiality and Privacy<\/h2>\n<p>Safety and trust are central within the practice. Both children and parents should feel free to share what is needed. <\/p>\n<h2>2.1 Confidentiality toward parents<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All information shared with me by parents is treated confidentially.<\/li>\n<li>Information is not shared with third parties unless explicit permission has been given or when legally required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2.2 Confidentiality toward the child<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>What a child discusses with me remains between the child and me.<\/li>\n<li>With parents, I discuss only the therapeutic process: general progress, themes that arise, and what the child needs.<\/li>\n<li>Specific content of conversations with the child is not shared, so the child can express themselves safely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Records and Data Processing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal data and any notes are handled carefully and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.<\/li>\n<li>Data is used solely for the therapeutic process and administrative purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Access to the file is possible upon request, in accordance with legal guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>With parental consent, parent and client sessions may be recorded for training purposes. These recordings are treated strictly confidentially and are destroyed as soon as they are no longer needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Fees and Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Fees are clearly communicated in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Payment must be made within the period stated on the invoice.<\/li>\n<li>Any changes in fees will be announced in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Responsibility and Limits of Therapy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Child therapy focuses on support and guidance but does not guarantee specific results.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, advice may be given to seek additional or alternative forms of support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Contact and Availability<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>For practical questions, I am reachable through the agreed-upon contact channels.<\/li>\n<li>In case of emergency or crisis, I refer to the general practitioner or the appropriate emergency services.<\/li>\n<li>During client sessions, I am not reachable by phone, but you may leave a voicemail or send an email.
