Everyone grows up with challenges. For elementary school-aged children, it can sometimes be tough to process feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Integrative child coaching offers a safe and playful space where kids can discover themselves, learn to handle emotions, and find their own strength. <\/p>\n
At Salto Kids, the child takes center stage. I do not look at a problem alone, but at the whole: feelings, behavior, body, thoughts and the environment. This creates a complete picture and together we can work on solutions that the child feels suits them. <\/p>\n

In my practice, the child is central. The room is filled with toys and materials for all ages, so that every child feels free and welcome to discover and play. There are dressing-up clothes, games, books, dinosaurs, a train track, a castle and many more playful possibilities. <\/p>\n
Play is a natural way for children to express feelings and thoughts. During the sessions, I invite children to playfully explore together what wishes and needs there are and what steps towards change are possible. My experience is that a child always chooses exactly what he or she needs to communicate \u2014 whether it is a game, a story, a role or a fantasy world. <\/p>\n
